Course Information
Rich River offers some of the best golf in the country! Our two award winning 18 hole championship golf courses have developed over the years to become one of regional Australia’s premier golfing venues. The par 72 West Course has traditional tree lined fairways with small tricky greens and takes the serious golfer on a 6227m journey. The par 72 East Course was redesigned by Peter Thompson in 1998 and features large greens and wide fairways, Thompson signature bunkers and covers 6247m. Both courses provide outstanding challenges for all players. For recreational golfers there is plenty of assistance from our two Golf Professionals and our fully equipped Pro Shop.
Clubhouse Facilities
Our modern Clubhouse has everything you need... all under the one roof! The list of facilities includes a 63 room on-site motel complex, bistro and café dining, TAB Sports Bar as well as a relaxing outdoor terrace with wonderful views of the West Course. Sporting facilities such as lawn bowls, croquet and tennis courts are also available to all our guests. We will keep you entertained with our Club’s regular promotions, speciality events and bands.
Accommodation Facilities
A 63 room on-site motel complex is nestled right alongside the Club. The majority of rooms underwent a major refurbishment in 2009 and offer separate bedroom, bathroom and lounge facilities overlooking the beautiful landscaped gardens which feature two pools, spas, gym, barbeque’s and a children’s play area.
All rooms are fully air conditioned, heated and offer a wireless internet, flat screen colour television, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. A continental breakfast in our Clubhouse’s Bistro is included in all tariffs. Mini-bar and room service are also available. Every room has its own undercover car space and our on-site car park can accommodate any additional cars and buses. For your convenience, all rooms are at ground level.
